Privacy Policy

AI Refactor Kit ("the Service") is a private, invite-only internal workspace for planning software refactors. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Google account information — when you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name, and profile picture, via Google OAuth. We never receive or store your Google password.
• Session data — a sign-in session so you stay logged in.
• Content you create — comments and discussion you post on the planning documents.
• Access records — which projects you have been granted access to.

How we use it

• To authenticate you and keep you signed in.
• To control which projects you may view (per-project access control).
• To attribute your comments and enable team discussion.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties. Your information is visible only to authorized members of this workspace and its administrator.

Storage & retention

Data is stored on Cloudflare (Workers KV and D1). We keep it only as long as your access is active; when your access is removed, your account record is deleted.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting the administrator below. Signing out ends your session; you can revoke this app's access to your Google account from your Google account settings.
